The output is a structured report you can act on immediately. No vague feedback. No algorithmic optimism. Just an honest read of where you stand.
Who built this
We have spent the better part of two decades on different sides of the same problem. One of us has run proposal and bid processes for professional services firms - the pressure, the late edits, the submissions that go in without anyone being certain they have covered every requirement. The other is a senior software engineer who has built data-intensive systems for enterprise clients, and who designed and built the AI-powered review engine at the core of ReqFit.
We built ReqFit because we could not find a tool that did the actual job. Not a grammar checker. Not a readability score. Something that reads the RFP and the proposal together, extracts every requirement, and tells you specifically what is missing while there is still time to fix it.
Security was an architectural requirement from day one, not something bolted on afterwards. Your documents are processed in an isolated, encrypted pipeline and discarded immediately. Nothing is logged. Nothing is retained. That is not a policy decision - it is how the system was built.

ReqFit is stateless and logless. Your proposal and RFP are processed to generate your report and then discarded. We do not store, train on, or retain your documents.

ReqFit is built for anyone accountable for bid and proposal quality: sales managers, account directors, independent consultants, and small teams who need a rigorous review but do not have a dedicated bid function. If you submit proposals to win business, ReqFit is for you.
ReqFit reads your RFP and your proposal together, extracts every requirement from the brief, and assesses how well your proposal addresses each one. The output is a structured report with an overall fit score, requirement-level analysis, and a clear list of gaps to fix. Your documents are not stored after processing.
ReqFit does not store your documents and does not train on your content. The pipeline is stateless and logless. That said, if you are working with highly sensitive documents, particularly in government, defence, or healthcare, check your own data handling policies before use. We are transparent about how the tool works so you can make that call.
