How reviews work with document size
One review covers up to 200 pages in total: your RFP and proposal, or your questionnaire and responses, plus any appendices or attachments combined. That comfortably covers the large majority of typical tenders, bids, and questionnaires. Larger document sets use one extra review for every additional 200 pages, simply because there is more for the AI to cross-check.
You are never charged automatically. If a review would need more than one review, we show you the page count first, so you can remove any appendices you do not need or confirm before anything runs.
Secure payments via Paddle
All payments, billing and tax are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle is PCI-DSS compliant, so we never see or store your card details.
Billing and payment questions are handled by Paddle. For questions about your report, your account, or any technical issue, contact us at info@reqfit.com.

How reviews work
Six rules, and a picture of how the clocks run.
Reviews are non-refundable once applied to your account
Annual plan reviews are applied all at once on day one - not dripped monthly
Monthly plan reviews are applied at the start of each billing cycle. Each batch has its own 12-month expiry clock
If you run out of reviews, top up with a one-off purchase or upgrade your plan at any time
Unused reviews roll over - they do not reset on a monthly cycle
Reviews are valid for 12 months from the date they are applied
Each bar is a 12 month clock. An annual plan starts one clock with everything on it. A monthly plan starts a new clock every cycle, and anything unused keeps running on its own clock rather than resetting. Illustrative, not a live account view
Common questions
Yes. If you have a subscription and run out of reviews mid-cycle, you can top up with a one-off single review or a one-off pack at any time. Your subscription continues unchanged.
Any reviews already applied to your account remain valid until their individual 12-month expiry date. Cancelling stops future reviews being applied. It does not remove reviews you already have.
Yes. No watermarks, no reduced analysis, no restricted features. The output is identical. We want you to evaluate ReqFit on a live proposal, not a demo version of it.
